Seedream Pro Subscription & Credits

Seedream AI offers next-generation AI image generation services through our Seedream 3.0 model with a subscription-based credit system:

Credits are valid for the subscribed month and do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Each image generation consumes 10 credits regardless of the selected aspect ratio or complexity.

Seedream AI Model Usage

By using Seedream AI services, you acknowledge that:

• Seedream 3.0 is a state-of-the-art text-to-image generation model developed by our team
• Generated images are created through AI algorithms and may not always produce expected results
• The service includes safety filters to prevent inappropriate content generation
• We reserve the right to refund credits for filtered content that violates our safety guidelines
• Native 2K resolution and bilingual capabilities are premium features exclusive to Seedream Pro subscribers

Your Content

In these Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any images, text prompts, or other material you create, upload, or display using Seedream AI. By using our service, you grant Seedream AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute generated content for service improvement and research purposes.

Your prompts and generated content must be your own and must not infringe on any third-party rights. Seedream AI reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access at any time without notice if it violates our community guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Seedream 3.0 model, algorithms, and underlying technology are proprietary to Seedream AI. Users retain rights to their generated images for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable laws.

Service Availability
